My coaching and healing practice is about how to assert boundaries of self, celebrate them and share them with ease, so others will work with you to enhance your aspirations.

So what do we mean by “celebrating” your boundaries of self?

Well, when you really know and love who you are, in your body, you feel what is you and what is not you and you don’t judge who you are, you celebrate the uniqueness of who you are and the thought of sharing yourself with others is exciting!  You learn what makes and inspires you, you are able you to be clear in how to express yourself in relationships. When you love who you are, others are magnetized to that natural joy and your relationships become a place of pleasure and possibility.

As adults we have collected a lot of judgments, lifestyle habits and beliefs that just don’t serve us or help anyone else. Coaching sessions help you learn how to STOP determining your life from outdated beliefs and START responding to life from creative choice. Coaching is a process of exploration that connects you to the parts of yourself that you may have put aside, forgotten or have not tapped into. We find how to capitalize on your untapped potential and transfer this knowledge into reality.

Coaching is best done on a continuing basis until you are sure your old negative habits are part of the past. I recommend a minimum of 3 months of coaching to practice embracing new behaviors, as it has been proven that permanently changing old habits and replacing them with new habits can be achieved over a period of 90 days.

When you respond from a place that’s not cluttered with destructive habits, your life becomes a lot simpler and your relationships change to support you as opposed to constantly breaking you down or disappointing you.
