In 1976 Brigitte started freelancing as a Costume Designer designing Costumes for Michael Jackson, Bonnie Pointer, Patti La Belle, Billy Idol, and Rick James just to name a few. After years of touring, burnt out from living on the road, long hours, bad eating habits and very little sleep, Brigitte became deathly ill.

In 1995 Brigitte decided to change her over all lifestyle and moved to South Florida where she founded THE MEGA WAY 30-day step by step Holistic Nutritional & Fitness Lifestyle Program. It’s an alternative way of Eating and Exercising program customized for your Body-Type. She developed an impressive clientele with over 300 clients on her program.  Brigitte has successfully guided over 7000 people towards great health & vitality over the last 15 years.
